Q: What's the difference between the Online store Rewards and Instore Rewards?
Instore Rewards are exclusive to in-store redemption, while Online Rewards can only be used for online redemption with unique codes on www.nci-health.com. You may use your NCI points to redeem any rewards depending on your preferred method of shopping.
Q: Is there any expiry date for my rewards?
The rewards have no expiry date, as they can be used/collected upon redemption.
Points used to redeem the rewards, however, do expire 24 months from the day they are earned. Click here to find out more.
Q: What is Birthday Month Perk and when can I use it?
As part of the NCI Community, you are entitled to a two-time Birthday Gift redemption during your Birthday Month.
If you are a newly sign-up member*, you will receive a free box of Recogen® with a minimum spend of $384 during your Birthday Month.
The complimentary box will match the Recogen® you purchased or the one of lower value if different types are bought. If you choose the lower-value product, no refund or credit will be provided for the price difference.

If you are a member of the “Friends of NCI” tier, you will receive a free box of Recogen® with a minimum spend of $256 during your Birthday Month.
The complimentary box will match the Recogen® you purchased or the one of lower value if different types are bought. If you choose the lower-value product, no refund or credit will be provided for the price difference.
If you are a member of the “Buddy of NCI” tier, you will receive a free box of Recogen® with a minimum spend of $256 during your Birthday Month. Additionally, you will earn 1.5 points for every dollar spent during your Birthday Month (except Mar).

If you are a member of the “Family of NCI” tier, you will receive a gift of your choice with a minimum spend of $256 during your Birthday Month.
